Do you charge for bottle delivery or sample pick up?
No, CET does not charge for bottle delivery or sample pick up. Please refer to the courier service page to schedule a pickup or the bottle order page to set up a bottle order.
What is your standard turn around time for sample analysis?
At CET we make every attempt to provide results regarding the analysis of samples within a 5-7 business day turn around time.
What should I do if I have a sample that needs to be done ASAP?
At CET will we pride ourselves on attempting to accommodate every need of our clients. If needed we offer priority turn around time at a charge. Please contact Robert Blake for pricing.
What time must samples be dropped off for next day priority?
All samples must be dropped off by 3:00 p.m to be considered received same day. All samples received to the lab after 3:00 will be considered for the following day for priority purposes.
Can CET provide customized electronic data deliverables?
CET can provide customized Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD) to its customers. Electronic data transfer can be provided in multiple formats including Excel, ASCII, EquIS, and others. CET is more than willing to customize the format to meet its customers needs.
Is CET open on weekends?
We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m until 1:00 p.m for sample drop off only. We are closed on Sundays. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Who do I contact regarding pricing?
Do you collect samples?
At CET we do no sample collecting of our own. We receive samples from several different environmental consultants, municipalities, etc. If you need help with sampling we would be happy to provide you with information on sample procedures and/or consulting firms.
